airport is a living entity and it should co-exist with
all members of the community, especially the users of
its various facilities.

The
Airport Advisory Committees should be more broad-based
and meet frequently so as to serve as an effective means
for grievance redressal to achieve better facilitation
for airport users.

Special
representation should be given to associations of passengers
and cargo handling agents.
